Custom Home Construction: A custom-created home is a unique collaboration. While we offer start-to-finish planning, the owner is responsible for final approval of all design elements and materials.
Value & Affordability: Our goal is to provide great value without sacrificing style. However, final costs are heavily influenced by the complexity of the "must-have" features selected by the client.
Site Conditions: Buildability is subject to local zoning, critical area designations (wetlands/slopes), and soil stability. Carey Homes provides expert guidance, but third-party engineering or environmental reports may be required at the client's expense.
Contemporary Craftsman & Modern Farmhouse: Architectural styles are interpretations of classic aesthetics. We utilize exposed wood, neutral colors, and simplified designs to achieve these looks, subject to the constraints of the building site and budget.
